AI has hit the public consciousness; generally, people fear what AI might do. As a college faculty member, the discussions around AI tools have leaned towards ways to stop students from using them instead of leaning into a new way of teaching and learning. This session will look at the typology of AI, ethical concerns, and AI applications useful for productivity, with examples of how the presenter has used AI tools in his Mac workflow.
