Chuck Joiner once again treats us to a behind the scenes look at Macstock, it’s presenters, and sponsors in his special MacVoices video series, The Road to Macstock! In this installment of The Road to Macstock 2017 Chuck meets up with two returning Macstock presenters, Jodi Spangler and Melissa Davis, to explore remote support solutions.

The Road to Macstock gets a little perspective on delivering tech support from Melissa Davis and Jodi Spangler, but not just tech support. Melissa and Jodi discuss the challenges of delivering that support remotely the tools for Mac support they use, and their work-arounds for dealing with iPads and iPhones. Support can take some interesting twists; the ladies discuss some of the end-of-life technology challenges that often come their way.
