This Refund Policy is for our Macstock Swag Store Merchandise (Physical Goods) purchased in-person at Macstock or Online via the Macstock website.
For Macstock Weekend Passes, Single Day Passes, or Digital Passes, please see our full Terms and Conditions regarding refunds for passes purchased to attend Macstock Conference.
All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by an original store/website receipt and made within 30 days of purchase (in person at Macstock) or delivery (online orders).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Clothing must be unwashed, unworn, and with its original tags attached. Other goods that are sold sealed or shrink wrapped must be unopened.
Exchanges will be made for the same item only. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
Several products are ineligible for return/exchange under this policy:
- Digital Goods, Educational Material, or Passes/Tickets
- Sale or Clearance Items
- Perishable goods such as food or drink items
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase (in person at Macstock) or delivery (online orders)
Macstock Gift Certificates (aka Macstock Gift Cards) may be used as payment for more than one order if the initial order does not exceed the value of the gift certificate. The remaining balance on the gift certificate can be used for future orders by re-entering your existing number. When you purchase a gift certificate online, you will receive an electronic gift certificate via email.
Macstock Gift Certificates (aka Macstock Gift Cards) can be redeemed at macstockconferenceandexpo.com. Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit. Please treat your gift certificate like cash; if your gift certificate is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced.
Unless otherwise indicated, all collectibles sold through the Macstock Conference website are new, never previously owned.
While collectibles are carefully inspected for quality prior to shipment, we cannot guarantee mint condition. Minor dents and dings on the outer box may occur and are considered not a condition for damaged item returns. Any significant damage prior to shipping will be noted on the product description. We are happy to send photos of the exact item for inspection prior to online purchase. In addition, some items may have minor variances in paint color or other markings. Again, these variations do not constitute damaged items.
Cancelling an Online Order
We provide you the option of canceling your order prior to shipping or pick-up at Macstock.
This option is no longer available after your order has been shipped. If you would like to cancel your order after payment but prior to receiving shipment notification, please Contact Us immediately and we will help complete the cancellation process.
How to Return Your In-Person or Online Order
If you made your purchase online for pick up at Macstock or you made your purchase in-person during Macstock Conference:
Please bring your item back to the Registration Desk prior to the end of the conference.
If you made your purchase through our website for delivery to your home/business:
After your item has been received, to complete your return/exchange please Contact Us FIRST to receive a RMA number and instructions for returning your item(s).
IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns/exchanges without an RMA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Returns are to be shipped via a traceable/trackable carrier. Shipping costs of your original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your original order to you will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Once you get an RMA number, please safely pack and return the item(s) to the address provided.
For your protection, please use Insured USPS Priority Mail, Insured UPS, or Insured International Postage for shipment. Packages that are “Refused” without prior consent (RMA) will be charged a return shipping fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
