Pat Fauquet

After the last of her five children were in school, Pat began a new career as a technology volunteer at the local elementary school. Aiding the school’s computer teacher, she helped in the lab, taught teachers how to use and integrate technology into their classrooms. She won over $15 million in grants, spoke at local and national educational technology conferences, did teacher training at the district level and won several prestigious awards including the VSTE Technology Teacher of the Year and the Apple Distinguished School award.

As a member of her local computer user group she served in many leadership capacities and was the first woman to serve as president of Washington Apple Pi. She gave presentations locally, regionally and nationally including presenting for over five years at the Macworld User Group University in Boston, New York and San Francisco. She taught classes in a diverse range of topics and began a consulting business, later partnering with Bob LeVitus in Doctor Mac Consulting.

Pat is an extraordinary troubleshooter. She is proficient in graphics, networking, integration and working with older clients and new users. Although officially retired, she spends hours each week helping people to solve their Apple technology problems.
