In the weeks leading up to Macstock 2015, we’ll be running a series of quick interviews with each of the presenters of this year’s Macstock Conference & Expo called Meet the Speaker.
Today we’re meeting Chuck Joiner, the “voice” of MacVoices, MacVoicesTV, MacNotables and The MacJury.

Why do you use a Mac?
To do the very best work I can with the least amout of hassle with the tech.
What would you say to someone to convince them to come to Macstock?
Great information, great speakers, great people. Why *wouldn’t* you come?
What is your favorite Mac app and why?
TextExpander – my most used utility, because it can save you time and effort no matter what you do. Easy to learn, easy to implement.
Do you have any advice for switchers? Either to the Mac or to the Apple world in general?
Moving to Apple technology let’s you focus on what you want to get done with less focus on the tools and more on the actual task. If you like to play with the tech, there are plenty of opportunities, but when you need it to get out of the way and just let you create or accomplish your task, all Apple products are at their best.
If you were a Mac, which Mac would you be?
Who are you, Barbara Walters? 😉
(Why, did that question make you cry? 🙂 -Mike )
Tell us something about yourself that is NOT Apple related.
My favorite non-tech recreations are golf and live hard rock bands.
